♥ 30 days workout ♥

Assalamualaikum..  Halo readers! Have you had your SHAKE today??? 

Happy sunday bloggers!!!!! Mulakan hari anda dengan senyuman yang cuuuuukuup indah ok! ^___________^ 

Day-14. Aku masih lagi konsisten dan semangat ssanggat2 okkey!! I ♥ my life ;) 

Seperti biasa, mulakan hari dengan mengejutkan segala urat2 aku nih. Bagi aktif sikit. Kalau sebelum ni liat pemalas tahap #@! $^*.. tapi sekarang slow2 aktif. Haha. 

Hari ni aku dah mula pasang kat tv. Memula pakai handphone, lepastu pakai laptop, sekarang pakai tv pulak uolls!!! Nampak tak peningkatan disitu??? Hohoho 


Seperti biasa jugak, sebelum workout minum teamix suam segelas. Selepas workout baru aku sarapan. Sarapan dengan makanan yang sihat. Penuh nutrisi dan mengenyangkan. Protein pun cukup ok. Mana nak cari tuh??? *kau ada?* hihihi. 

Mulakan hari dengan sarapan yang betul. Kalau yang tinggi karbohidrat pagi2 tu.. aku rasa tak betul kot. Betul tak? Betul tak? 

2 scoops formula 1 coklat + 1 scoop protein powder + 100ml dutchlady coklat (65kcal) + 300ml air kosong = 165kcal. Feel great!!! Sedaaappp sangat♥♥

  12. yeahhh akak use to exercise before , masa duk ktn , dekat ngan aerobic class .. skrg dah duk pekan , sampai umah pun dah 6.30 ptg huhuh

    in herbalife kalau dah dekat2 nak capai target ideal weight memang agak payah , need more effort specially in exercise huhuh
