Assalamualaikum.. Halo readers!! Have you had your SHAKE today???

MENU HARI INI :)

SAHUR:

1) 200ml air kosong + tea mix
2) 200ml air kosong + 200ml soya + 1 sudu formula 1 (tropical fruit) + 1 sudu formula 1 (strawberi)
3) 400ml air kosong + aloe concentrate
4) 400ml air kosong


BERBUKA:

1) Kurma 3 biji
2) 1 Liter air kosong + Tea Mix + Aloe concentrate


MAKAN MALAM (9.30 malam - 10.30 malam) :

1) 1 Liter air kosong + tea mix + Aloe concentrate
2) Ayam golek yang best gilerrrr
3) 1 biji Calcium + 1 biji Cell-u-loss
