Ramadhan Pertama dengan Herbalife : Day 4

Assalamualaikum.. Halo readers!! Have you had your SHAKE today???

MENU HARI INI :)

SAHUR:

1) 400ml air kosong + Aloe Concentrate
2) 400ml air suam + tea mix
3) 200ml air sejuk + 200ml soya + satu sudu formula 1 (tropical fruit) + satu sudu formula 1 (strawberry)
4) 800ml air kosong


BERBUKA:

1) Kurma
2) 400ml air kosong + Aloe concentrate
3) 400ml air suam + team mix
4) 200ml air sejuk + 200ml laici + satu sudu formula 1 (wild berry) + satu sudu formula 1 (strawberry)
5) Air kosong 1 Liter


MAKAN MALAM (9.30 malam - 10.30 malam) :

1) Nasi putih + lauk pauk (sayur + ikan pekasam + ikan keli goreng + sambal tempoyak)
2) 1 Liter air kosong
3) 1 biji Calcium + 1 biji cell-u-loss
