Ramadhan Pertama dengan Herbalife : Day 13

Assalamualaikum.. Halo readers!! Have you had your SHAKE today???

MENU HARI INI :)

SAHUR:

1) 600ml air kosong
2) 100ml air kosong + 200ml soya + 2 sudu formula 1 (tropical fruit)


BERBUKA:

1) Kurma
2) 250ml air kosong + Aloe concentrate
3) 1 Liter air kosong + Tea Mix
4) 500ml air sejuk + 250ml soya + dua sudu formula 1 (tropical fruit) + satu sudu formula 3


MAKAN MALAM (9.30 malam - 10.30 malam) :

1) 1 Liter air kosong + tea mix
2) Nasi + lauk ( sayur + ikan pekasam + sambal tempoyak)
3) 250ml air kosong + Aloe concentrate
4) 1 biji Calcium + 2 biji Cell-u-loss
