Ramadhan Pertama dengan Herbalife : Day 14

Assalamualaikum.. Halo readers!! Have you had your SHAKE today???

MENU HARI INI :)

SAHUR:

1) 200ml air kosong + tea mix
2) Nestle fitness
3) 200ml air kosong + 200ml soya + 1 sudu formula 1 (tropical fruit) + 1 sudu formula 1 (strawberi)
4) 400ml air kosong + aloe concentrate
5) 400ml air kosong


BERBUKA:

1) Kurma
2) 250ml air kosong + Aloe concentrate
3) 1 Liter air kosong + Tea Mix
4) Nasi putih + lauk (sayur + ayam goreng berempah + sambal tempoyak)

MAKAN MALAM (9.30 malam - 10.30 malam) :

1) 1 Liter air kosong + tea mix
2) Waffles
3) 250ml air kosong + Aloe concentrate
4) 1 biji Calcium + 2 biji Cell-u-loss
