Ramadhan Pertama dengan Herbalife : Day 12

Assalamualaikum.. Halo readers!! Have you had your SHAKE today???

MENU HARI INI :)

SAHUR:

1) 1000ml air kosong
2) 200ml air kosong + 200ml soya + 1 sudu formula 1 ( strawberi) + 1 sudu formula 1 (tropical fruit)
3) 250ml aloe concentrate


BERBUKA:

1) Kurma
2) 250ml air kosong + Aloe concentrate
3) 250ml air suam + Tea Mix
4) 200ml air sejuk + 200ml soya + dua sudu formula 1 (tropical fruit) + satu sudu formula 3


MAKAN MALAM (9.30 malam - 10.30 malam) :

1) kuey tiow tomyam
2) Rojak buah
3) Kerabu mangga
4) Kerang bakar
5) 1200ml air kosong
6) 250ml air suam
7) 250ml aloe concentrate
8) 1 biji Calcium + 2 biji Cell-u-loss
