Assalamualaikum.. Halo readers!! Have you had your SHAKE today???
1) Nasi putih + lauk (sayur campur udang dengan jering + sambal + ayam goreng berempah yang best giler)
MENU HARI INI :)
SAHUR:
1) 600ml air kosong
2) 300ml air kosong + 100ml bliss yogurt + 1 sudu formula 1 ( strawberi) + 1 sudu formula 1 (tropical fruit)
BERBUKA:
1) Kurma
2) 250ml air kosong + Aloe concentrate
3) 250ml air suam + Tea Mix
4) 200ml air sejuk + 200ml soya + dua sudu formula 1 (tropical fruit)
MAKAN MALAM (9.30 malam - 10.30 malam) :
1) Nasi putih + lauk (sayur campur udang dengan jering + sambal + ayam goreng berempah yang best giler)
2) 1200ml air kosong
3) 1 biji Calcium + 2 biji Cell-u-loss

I want to change my Blogger/Blogspot background into a picture I want instead of the ugly plain ones that provide you with.. . I tried looking up on google how to change it but it only came up with how to change the background with the old Blogger. . . HELP!.
