MENU HARI INI :)
SAHUR:
1) 400ml air kosong + Aloe Concentrate
2) 400ml air kosong + tea mix
3) 300ml air kosong+ 100ml jus (epal+aloe) + satu sudu formula 1 (tropical fruit) + satu sudu formula 1 (strawberry) + buah mangga
4) 600ml air kosong
BERBUKA:
1) Kurma
2) 250ml air kosong + Aloe concentrate
3) 250ml air suam + team mix
4) 200ml air sejuk + 200ml jus (epal+aloevera) + buah mangga + satu sudu formula 1 (strawberry) + satu sudu formula 1 (tropical fruit)
5) Air kosong 1 Liter + tea mix
MAKAN MALAM (9.30 malam - 10.30 malam) :
1) Nasi putih + lauk (Ikan cencaru sumbat + sayur campur + lauk sampingan *Kawan bawak :)[Dalca + kerutub ayam + asam pedas ikan] )
2) Dua ketul kuih badak ( hehehe.. badak)
3) Buah tembikai
4) 1 Liter air kosong + Tea mix + Aloe
5) 1 biji Calcium + 2 biji Cell-u-loss
