1) 1 Liter air kosong + Aloe Concentrate + Tea mix
2) Dadih coklat
3) 200ml air kosong+ 200ml jus (epal+aloe) + satu sudu formula 1 (tropical fruit) + satu sudu formula 1 (strawberry)
4) 600ml air kosong
BERBUKA:
1) Kurma
2) 600ml air kosong + Aloe concentrate + Tea Mix
3) 200ml air sejuk + 200ml Bliss Tropical + Dadih Coklat + satu sudu formula 1 (strawberry) + satu sudu formula 1 (tropical fruit)
MAKAN MALAM (9.30 malam - 10.30 malam) :
1) Nasi putih + lauk (Rendang daging + Sambal sotong petai + Ayam goreng berempah)
4) 600 Liter air kosong + Tea mix + Aloe Concentrate
5) 1 biji Calcium + 2 biji Cell-u-loss
